The best thing to do if you suspect these may be causing some issues for you is to cut one of the out of your diet for a few days to see what happens.

To understand why wrong food combinations may cause bloating, you need to realize that all foods do not digest at the same rate. In other words, foods such as fruits digest much faster than, let’s say rice or beans. If you throw fruits into your stomach with foods that take a lot longer to digest, you may experience some stomach bloating or digestive issues.
